(During the meeting in Cebu the group decided to solicit funds to members of our clan for the following expenses: door prizes, souvenir items drinking water for the duration of the reunion, coffee, medicines, tent, sound system projector, security and other incidental expenses. III - THEME OF THE REUNION (It was decided that a contest of the best theme
will be open to all members of the clan on-line. The theme must be in visayan
dialect. Entries will be accepted until October 15, 2012
IV - T-SHIRT UNIFORM DURING THE REUNION
It was also suggested during the meeting in Cebu that we will have a a color coding of each tribe through the use of t-shirt uniform. The following colors were suggested:

The final design of the t-shirt will be posted online with the theme of the activity. You can download the design and printing will be done individually. Please coordinate with your tribe members for uniformity of color. We will wear the color coded shirt on May 11, Saturday and May 12 Sunday. For those who will print one shirt only they can use any plain shirt on the next day using the same color-code. But if you can print 2 shirts much better.
