ACTUALLY THE YOUNG URSOS NOW ARE TALENTED and skilled and have intiatives to have a better disposition in life..although most of them live for just enough.. some poor fellows na naiiwanan ng panahon ay kawawa na lang walang mangyayari sa kanila buhay..thats why we do the initiatives..   Most ursos or ursos related cousins have improved levels and have more potentials than their parents before.. what we need to do is to stir a common effort to reunite them so that some of our cousins can be guided and uplifted so that they may have the chance to uplift.. hindi pwede yung tutulong at tutulong na lang tayo... at hindi rin pwede na puro na lang help ang ating gagawin.. what we should do is... .. to build a common ground sa pagtutulungan hindi lang s aproblema kung hindi sa opportinities for all of us..to become friends at laters on magtutulungan sa magandang bukas at layunin lalo na sa mga emergency at problema sa buhay... we dont need to aim to become rich maybe.. but pwede tayong magigng happy family, a happy clan and happy of group of people na nagkaka isa... marami dyan mga professionals at talented cousins.. medyo nahihirapan pa rin kasi kulang sa opportunities .. kung ma assist yan through common effort they can be a potential cousins na pwede rin makatulong sa ibang cousins,,, kung tayo ay tumutulong sa kanila..baka in the near future na hindi natin alam ay makakatulung din sila sa atin.. di natin alam? kung alam kung ano ang future... maganda ang buhay natin ngayun baka sa susunod tayona naman ang nanganga ilangan.. sa panahon na yan.. yung tinutulungan natin  baka sla rin ang makaatulong sa atin in times of emergency.. who knows ?


ang ginagawa kasi natin muna...is to close the gap... back to friendhship muna tayo.... to prepare for them to be interested ina  family endeavor para they are prepared to join ..marami kasi sa atin wala nang pakialam sa pamilya after so many years na hindina tayo nagkakilala... thats why nagkaroon tayo ng mga family bonding...some meetings are actually sinasadya yan not just for a bmeeting but actually the real purpose id to have a personal bonding sa mga cousins na hindi mo kilala... in that way we hit two bords in one setting..we do a meeting to arrive a common direction and a shared vision  at the same time we explore the possibility of good freindship through personal contact... throu personal bonding..kaya ginagawa yan ngayun sa mga ursos sa metro manila..they have a  quartely gathering within metro manila.. i hope we can make it in visayas and also in mindanao...
